Open-Mic Night at The Coffeehouse

Want to share your creativity in a fun, relaxed atmosphere? Then step up to the mic! The Coffeehouse is an open-mic format where poets, short fiction writers, creative nonfiction writers and songwriters share their creativity. 

Come prepared to present a three- to seven-minute selection of your original work, or just come to listen and enjoy a good cup of java among friends. Complimentary coffee and cookies are served.

The SCC Coffeehouse meets from 7-9 p.m. in the Student Lounge of the Social Sciences Building.

• Drive south on Mid Rivers Mall Drive for approximately 3 miles. The campus is located on the right side of the street.
• Turn right onto Cottleville Parkway.
• Turn right at the first or second light to enter the campus.

From Highway 94 South

• Turn left onto Mid Rivers Mall Drive and drive approximately 2 miles. The college is located on the left side of the street.
• Turn left onto Cottleville Parkway.
• Turn right at the first or second light to enter the campus.

From Interstate 270/Page Avenue Extension

• Turn onto MO-364 West (Page Avenue). Continue on MO-364 West, which becomes MO-94 West.
• Turn right onto Mid Rivers Mall Drive and drive approximately 2 miles. The college is located on the left side of the street.
• Turn left onto Cottleville Parkway.
• Turn right at the first or second light to enter the campus.
