9. Solve applications using fractions and decimals.
10. Perform multiple operations in proper order.
11. Convert fractions to decimals and vice versa.
12. Express the comparison of two quantities as a ratio.
13. Solve proportions and determine whether proportions are true or false.
14. Solve applications of direct and indirect proportions.
