With the growing population of Spanish-speaking peoples in the U.S., language can become a barrier in training workers who do not speak fluent English.  To bridge the communication gap, B&I offers Command Spanish© , a training program providing customized Spanish language instruction for specific occupations.

When giving medical attention to those who speak no English or who have English as a second language, medical personnel must be able to communicate such phrases as "Do you have any pain?" or "Does this hurt?" or "Can you see me?" or  "Open your mouth."  or  "This is a prescription."  Occupationally-specific phrases are taught in Command Spanish © classes.
