Students will be exposed to the traditions and customs of cultures which have evolved from ancient times.

1. Describe the events observed in the festival setting
2. Identify a tradition or custom practiced in the culture you are observing and relate its significance/purpose
3. Describe the traditional foods associated with the culture being observed
