Northwest Missouri State University

With a maximum of 84 credit hours from SCC, you can complete your online bachelor’s degree at Northwest Missouri State University.

SCC and NMSU have a shared commitment to increasing opportunities for student access to and success in higher education. SCC students who earn an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in accounting or business management from SCC can complete their bachelor’s degree by enrolling in online classes at Northwest Missouri State University. NMSU will accept these specified community college degrees plus any freshman and sophomore general education credits required by NMSU beyond the A.A.S. degree.

Admission to undergraduate programs at NMSU is competitive; therefore, admissions may be based on the student’s relative ranking of the college cumulative grade point average (GPA). Students must have a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA to qualify.

If you are interested in taking online courses and want a consultation on transferring to the Bachelor of Science in accounting or business programs at NMSU, contact SCC professor Joe Hartnett at jhartnett@stchas.edu.
