Certified Medication Technician Final Exam (CMT 100-75)

The Missouri Certified Medication Technician final exam is administered to students who have successfully completed the CMT Classroom and Clinical requirements through SCC. The exam consists of a written exam and a practicum (clinical) exam. The student must score at least 80% on the written exam and successfully demonstrate appropriate techniques during a regularly scheduled medication pass in a clinical facility.

The exam may be taken up to two times within a 90-day period. Additional fees required for re-testing.

Upon completion of the exam, the results will be submitted to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and an approved certifying agency.

Tuition and Schedule

Fees for this course are non-refundable.

Note: An additional certification fee and a passport size photo (approximately 1" x 1/1/2”) are required on the day of the test. Specifics regarding these requirements are provided to the student during class.
