Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Skills Evaluation (NRS 414)

The Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Skills Evaluation Course is intended for the healthcare provider who has not previously taken a CPR course and who must verify successful completion of a CPR course.  The cognitive portion of the course is completed online through the American Heart Association at www.onlineaha.org (additional fee applies). 

Course Requirements

Students must present a certificate of successful completion of the online course to participate in the skills practice and evaluation.

Tuition and Schedule

Fees for this course are non-refundable.

All written materials are provided for use during the class; no textbook purchase is required. The textbook is available in the library for students who wish to review the material prior to class.

Complete the registration form and fax to 636-922-8478. Once registration is received and entered, student will need to call the Cashiers Office to provide credit card payment information via phone.
