- Overview of legal and administrative requirements for pollution prevention
and control, primarily from the perspective of people responsible for
compliance with those standards at basic and first supervisory level.
Topics include: RCRA, SARA Title III and EPCRA, OSSA HCS, CERCLA, SDWA,
CWA, CAA, NEPA, TSCA, FIFRA, and various state and local regulations
and ordinances with applicability at field level of compliance.
