Introduction to Machine Quilting CRF 099

• 2/3 yard Roclon muslin
• 2/3 yard 100% cotton batting
• Sewing machine will attachments, instruction book, and walking foot
• Large, sharp scissors
• Small, sharp scissors
• 1 empty bobbin
• 1" wide masking tape
• 1 spool 100% natural (color) quilting thread (Mettler Silk Finish Quilting Thread or Gutterman 100% cotton machine quilting thread)
• Roxanne's Glue Baste It
• Clear acrylic ruler 24" long
• Roxanne's Quilter's Choice marking pencils
• Machine needles - size 80 or 90 sharp needles, e.g. quilting needles, microtex or jean needles
• 1 bottled water 1/2 full

Wash and iron fabric before class

Cut the muslin into 2 pieces - 1 piece 18 x 30" and 1 piece 22 x 36"
Cut the batting into 22 x 36" piece
