St. Charles Community College will close out its 25th anniversary year in June with a tree planting ceremony.
The tree planting ceremony will mark the moment, celebrating the accomplishments of the college and providing a glimpse into its plans for a successful future serving the residents of St. Charles County. A commemorative photo will be taken at the event.
The event will kick off the Living Green Expo, held 10 a.m.-5 p.m. the same day.
Voters created the St. Charles Community College district on April 1, 1986, and the first classes were held in June of 1987. The college is celebrating its 25th anniversary from April 2011 to June 2012. For more information, visit stchas.edu/25th.
