iPhone & iTouch Wireless Setup

Configure Your iPhone/ iTouch

  • Tap your Settings icon. Tap your Wi-Fi button

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on; if it is turned off tap the slider and it will turn on.

  • You should see SCC listed. Tap the network that says SCC and has a lock on it.

    Now enter your login information:

    STUDENTS

     Enter your iConnect ID in the User Name box and your iConnect Password in the Password box.

    FACULTY/STAFF

    Enter you entire e-mail address in the User Name box and e-mail password into the Password box. 

  • Next it will say Joining SCC.... Then you will see a certificate that is named wireless.stchas.edu, and has been issued by Geo Global Trust CA. Tap to accept.

      ** If you do not tap accept soon enough the button disappears. If this happens start over***

  • You will be brought back to the Wi-Fi Networks screen. When you are connected a check-mark will appear next to SCC and your 3G or E icon next to your provider's name will change to a wireless icon.

  • Press your Home button at the bottom of your iPhone to get back to your main screen. Tap the Safari icon to start up a Web page.
