A: Try one of the two solutions below:
- If you haven’t activated your login ID since Jan. 1, 2007, go here Activate my login.
Fill in your student ID number, the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth.
Create your password following the specified requirements and set your account verification question. *YOU MUST REMEMBER THE ANSWER TO YOUR ACCOUNT VERIFICATION QUESTION IN CASE YOU FORGET YOUR PASSWORD.
- If you have already activated your account and just forgot your login or password, then go to Reset my password. The site will then allow you to create a new password and will show your login ID at the end of the process.
A:
- You may have entered the wrong student information. If you’re sure you are entering the correct information, call 636-922-8555 or visit the Help Desk located in the LRC 146.
- If the last time you were enrolled for classes was over five years ago, visit Enrollment Services and fill out a new application for admission.
A: Visit the Help Desk in LRC 146 and be sure to bring a valid photo ID to have your account reset. This process takes one to three hours.
A: If you have registered for a course and paid your tuition, you should be able to access your course on the first day of the semester. If you registered late, your course may not be available for 24-48 hours.
If it is the first day of the semester and you still don’t see your course, contact the Help Desk at 636-922-8555.
A: You can get your student ID number from your student ID card or your class registration receipt. On the class registration receipt, your student ID number is listed as your account number. If you still cannot locate your student ID, bring in a valid photo ID to Enrollment Services or the Help Desk in LRC 146. This information cannot be given over the phone.
A: You must complete one full semester before you can register online.
A: Activate your account then go to www.stchas.edu and click on SCC Connection in the Student Tools toolbox menu (located at the top of the page). Note: Click on Student Tools in the top menu to open/close the toolbox menu.
- Click on Login to SCC Connection
- Click on the LOGIN Tab
- Enter your user ID and password and click SUBMIT.
- Click on the blue Students bar.
- Click on Transcripts or Grades by Term.
- For grades, select the term you want then click SUBMIT.
- For transcripts, select the transcript type then click on SUBMIT.

Reset my password and select I
Forgot my password or user ID and want to set a new one. Follow the steps to create a new password and at the end it will give you your login ID again.
A: Verify the following:
- Do not copy and paste your password and/or login ID.
- Your password is case sensitive. Make sure your Caps Lock is not on and you are typing your password exactly how you created it, including at least:
- One number
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- The first two letters in your login ID are lowercase.
- After verifying all of the above, if you still can not remember your password or login ID, go to Reset my password. Follow the steps to create a new password and at the end it will give you your login ID again.
A: You are locked out for 15 minutes; you can then reset your password.
