



The First Alert program provides early intervention to help students who are having difficulties in the first few weeks of classes. Students who are poor test takers or need assistance with study skills can also be referred to receive tutoring to enable them to actively and correctly participate in their current classes.

The First Alert Program has a remarkable success rate – every year, 73 to 75% of the students enrolled pass the courses for which they sought help. In light of the fact that these students were in danger of failing these courses, we are very proud of this achievement and urge students to take advantage of the help offered by the program.
