About Young People's Theatre

Young People's Theatre has been performing quality family theater productions for more than 20 years. Three performances are presented each year with a performance in spring, fall and the winter holiday season.

Since 1989, YPT has been dedicated to providing quality performance and learning opportunities for thousands of children and families. The mission is to provide training and experience in theater and performing arts to children and their families. Director Brisby Andrews has been working as creative director since 2004. She loves working with kids and seeing how they blossom as young actors.

Throughout the years, the program has expanded to incorporate musical and dramatic productions, variety shows, performance and technical class instruction, summer theater arts camps and mentoring opportunities. Community volunteers are an essential part of the program and are always welcome.

Young People's Theatre is self-supporting and holds various fundraisers throughout the year. Watch the website to see how you can help.
