What is Be Ready?
Be Ready began as a grant-funded program in 2010 with 5 local high schools. Be Ready was created to offer a simple transition from senior year of high school to the first semester of college. Throughout your senior year of high school, SCC Admissions & Recruitment staff along with your Guidance Counselor will walk you through every step of the admissions and enrollment process at SCC. This includes your application, placement assessments, a field, trip, and first semester registration. If SCC is your plan A, B, or Z for after high school- you should consider participating!
